1)  2010 DaCapo Leadership Academy will take place July 19-21 at Otterbein.  We have nominated the following members:  David P Roth, Mark Wozniak, Amy Deluca, Richie Gaukin, Chelsea Waschek, Elyse Roberts, Dustin Wiley, David Eby, Craig Reynolds, Katie Cooper.

2)  Friday, October 15 2010, OMEA will sponsor the annual General Music Workshop.  Visit www.omea-ohio.org for more information.

3)  Spring Board meeting is Saturday, May 22, from 12-4p.m.

5) Thank you to Jared for helping organize both S & E lunches.  Also, big thank you to Bill Davis, this is his last year hosting S&E. Kira Seton is hosting next year at Tri-C.  There will be a survey e-mailed to members regarding LGAE for both middle and high school directors at the end of this month, beginning of next.

6)  Spring Newsletter.  Entries in April 30, out May 7.

7)  Junior High Large Group Contest  Friday - Saturday, May 14-15, 2010 
    Lorain Admiral King High School

8)  End of the year party, June 4 – see menu. Contact Bill Guegold to speak.

9)  Anita - Please look through this list and note any changes or corrections that you may know of. I'm not asking you to confirm all of their information, but whether these members are still in your district at these schools to the best of your knowledge. I am not including collegiate members. – Have Jared e-mail to everyone next week.

10)  David E. – Printout was passed around of expenditures.

11)  Brian and Scott – Very successful Honors Event this year, might need to find a larger venue.  D4 should send a thank you note to RR and Westlake to thank them for all of their help and for letting us use everything.

12)  Catherine and David – Good, would not mind doing scheduling with Catherine next year.  Both are willing to host next year.  Lisa Manning is not doing it next year.

13)  Bill – There was a ms S&E date confusion, but it worked out.  Numbers are low.  A printout was provided of HS S&E number since 2007.
