Hello!

 

The years seems to fly by and once again we find ourselves preparing for the spring. I hope you had a great experience performing at our facilities at Strongsville and Midpark last year as we are once again hosting District IV large group!  The bands will perform at Strongsville High School while the choirs will perform at Midpark High School. A few things to remember:

 

1.  All contest applications can be found online at www.omea-ohio.org

 

 

 Please print out the forms and mail them as I cannot accept e-mailed forms. 

 

 

2.  Contest fees are $170.00 per group.  All fees must be paid to perform.

3.  Please be sure your OMEA membership is up to date and include a photocopy of your membership card with your application.

4.  Be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations for large group adjudicated events.

5.  Deadline for application is Saturday, February 11, 2012.  All entries must be postmarked by this date. Late applications will not be accepted.

6.  Remember we are using SD cards to record adjudicators comments. You will need to bring three blank SD cards.

7.  Please send all application materials and a check made out to OMEA District IV Treasurer to:
